Nobu Scottsdale ushers in new generation of luxury dining in Scottsdale 

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ -- (January 23, 2020) The chef that redefined Japanese cuisine has set his sights on redefining the Scottsdale dining scene.  

Nobu Matsuhisa opened his namesake restaurant Nobu in Scottsdale on January 27th, revealing a stunning 237 seat, 10,635 square-foot home as part of the Scottsdale Fashion Square luxury wing expansion.

The restaurant's striking interiors were conceptualized and designed by Studio PCH, with vibrant colors and materials that celebrate Scottsdale's desert aesthetic.
