New Sports-Themed Venue Joins IDG's Expanding Portfolio of Innovative Airport Restaurants Designed for HMSHost
IDG adds another winning airport concept to its portfolio with the the debut of NHL-themed Vegas Born Bar & Grill at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas
(PHOENIX, AZ) -- Ideation Design Group (IDG) proudly announces the successful completion of the Vegas Born Bar & Grill at Harry Reid International Airport, a project in partnership with global restaurateur HMSHost and the Vegas Golden Knights. The new full-service NHL-themed restaurant is situated near Gate D52 and brings a bold and dynamic tribute to Las Vegas' first major sports franchise, the Vegas Golden Knights.
The 3,000 sq. ft. Vegas Born Bar & Grill features 96 seats and a convenient ‘grab and go’ area. The design, executed by Ideation Design Group, incorporates a striking façade adorned with the Golden Knights' gold filigree and a life-size knight of armor that warmly greets visitors. Inside, guests are treated to a range of unique design elements, including a real knight encased in glass and a back wall that showcases a detailed map of Las Vegas and hockey rink line markings, enhancing the sports-themed atmosphere. Additionally, the restaurant celebrates the Golden Knights’ 2023 Stanley Cup win with a graphic collage featuring key players from the championship team.

The restaurant's menu boasts game-day favorites such as crispy jumbo wings, truffle cheese fries, soft pretzels, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and salads. Breakfast options include steak and eggs as well as omelettes. The bar menu features international wines, craft beers, spirits, and specialty cocktails, including Foley Family Wines from the vineyards of Golden Knights Founder Bill Foley.
Clark County Director of Aviation, Rosemary Vassiliadis, highlighted the significance of the new addition: “As the gateway to the sports and entertainment capital of the world, we pride ourselves on providing an airport experience reflective of our region. The Golden Knights embody the true spirit of our community, and we are thrilled to offer a piece of what Vegas is all about at Harry Reid International Airport.”
