Dr. Steven Hotze Uncovers Over 586,000 Illegal Names on Harris County Voter File, Calls for Immediate Investigation into Decade-Long Election Fraud Allegations.
HOUSTON– On November 14, 2024, Steven F. Hotze, M.D. released the following data on how the Democrats have been stealing elections in Harris County for at least a decade.
Dr. Hotze hired a data analytics company to determine how many illegal names were on the Harris County voter file, as of August 22, 2024. Based upon the National Change of Address file, obtained from the U.S. Postal Service, there were 586,811illegal names on the voter file. There were 26,879 names of individuals who had moved out of the state, 384,007 who had moved out of Harris County, and 151,578 who had moved within Harris County, but had not updated their voter registration with their new address. Additionally, there were 24,347 names with addresses at commercial buildings, churches, vacant lots, government buildings, charitable organizations, etc.
The post election data analysis follows below. The voter IDs of the illegal names were then compared with the file of the names of those who had voted.

Dr. Hotze said, “What stands out glaringly is that 197,788 votes were cast for names of individuals who lived out of Harris County, and 3,846 votes were cast for names of individuals who lived out of the state. Additionally, 80,186 votes were cast for names of individuals who lived in Harris County, but had incorrect addresses.”
The Texas Election Code (TEC) requires counties to update their voter files on a monthly basis. The Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector is the effective voter registrar, in charge of maintaining the voter files. Ann Harris Bennett-D, the current Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector, has not updated the voter files since taking office in 2020.
Dr. Hotze said, “The illegal names are maintained on the voter file, so that they can be fraudulently voted. As you can see, this is what was done. The Democrats have been in control of the Tax Assessor-Collector office since 2013. A list of illegal names on the voter files is easily obtainable by the Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector’s office. These illegal names are distributed to individuals working at the polls who then cast illegal ballots.”
Dr. Hotze continued, “This vote fraud needs to be investigated by the Harris County District Attorney’s office, the Secretary of State’s office, the Texas Attorney General’s office, and by the Texas Rangers. Vote fraud is a second-degree felony in the state of Texas, a crime punishable by up to 20 years in prison.”
