What would you do if you had one shot, one opportunity to seize everything you ever wanted, would you capture it or let it slip? MRL gives Fauci humanity's best regards
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. -- Famed Scottsdale publicist Melissa Rein Lively personally delivered the message to Dr. Fauci that 7 billion people wish they could, after three years of his lies and the medical tyranny that he created. She's using this moment to highlight those who were personally harmed and maimed by Fauci lording over their lives, businesses and personal health.
In a viral photo speaks volumes, Lively doesn't mince words. The pint-sized PR powerhouse spotted Fauci at a posh 'see-and-be-seen' D.C. restaurant over the weekend where politicians, diplomats and the political class regularly dine. The Tiramisu had just landed on Lively's prime table at Cafè Milano where Lively dined with a veritable who's-who of D.C. power players when the eagle-eyed PR maven spotted "America's doctor" leaving the restaurant flanked by two federal agents and asked him to pose for a picture posing as an adoring fan. When he agreed, she took the privilege of flipping him the bird, posting it on Instagram and watching it go viral in spectacular fashion on social media and giant online media platforms.

"This was a serendipitous full-circle moment the best Hollywood filmmakers wish the were talented enough to come up with," said Lively. "People's lives and an untold number of businesses and futures were ruined by this man's lies and diabolical policies and when I was given the chance to get revenge and speak on behalf of billions around the world, I took it."
"I've been canceled and brutally smeared for publicly pointing out his dubious claims about masks and it's time he apologizes and is held fully accountable for what he has done," Lively said.
Lively is widely known as "patient zero" in the pushback against mask mandates after publishing video of herself in a Scottsdale Target Store in July of 2022 taking down a mask display on the day they were mandated across the state of Arizona. The backlash she received is the inspiration for her upcoming book on the art of pubic relations "You Can't Cancel Me" which will cancel cancel culture and share the blueprint for using viral incidents to spin your personal brand into global acclaim using Lively's tried and true media formula to get and keep the world's attention.
Lively has since been vindicated as it's now been widely admitted that mask mandates were useless and fraudulent.
"The way I see it, Fauci cost our country $6 trillion with his lockdowns, mandates his lies about early treatments," I never pictured myself doing something like this but the voices of his victims and those who can no longer speak for themselves deserve to be heard and only then will we all get some justice," she concluded.
While Lively kept her remarks to Fauci short and sweet, other guests 0f Lively's dinner party took the opportunity to exchange a very specific set of words with Herr Fauci. Greg Strause, a Hollywood producer and filmmaker with credits such as Titanic and Avatar asked Fauci point blank why he supressed the use of Ivermectin and implemented death protocols for hospitals using organ-killing drug cocktails such as Remdesivir, Morphine, Fentanyl and aggressive over-use of ventilators all the while implementing draconian measures that kept families from visiting dying patients in the hospital. Strause was one such American that watched his father die through a hospital window, adding a level of unimaginable cruelty to a dark period of American history that has become Fauci's legacy. When federal agents said 'this wasn't the time' to confront Dr. Fauci, Strause said "Well, I would have asked you at my father's funeral but you weren't there," he said.
Ever the entrepreneur, Lively is selling autographed copies of the famed picture for a $5 convenience fee, proceeds from which will go to 1000Widows.org, an organization dedicated to serving justice wronged by Fauci and the hospital administration apparatus that enforced and richly profited from his mandates. At press time, more than 10,000 orders for what's being called 'the world's most important photo' have already been placed, netting more than $50,000.
Asked if she'd do it again given the opportunity, Lively said "My only regret is that I didn't have more middle fingers so I could pass the sentiments of the world on to Mr. Fauci on behalf of every single person on the planet whose life was irrevocably changed forever because of this deeply evil man," she said.
